Data Deletion

You can have your personal data removed from Aura Influencer at any time. There are two ways to do this.

1. Request deletion by email

Want to delete your data from Aura? Email support@aurainfluencer.com from or mentioning the connected Instagram account (your Instagram username or account ID). We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm once it is done.

2. Disconnect / remove the app (automatic)

• Disconnect in the portal: in the Aura influencer portal you can disconnect Instagram, which immediately revokes our access token and stops any further data collection.
• Remove the app in Instagram: if you remove Aura from your Instagram app permissions, Meta calls our deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks automatically. Our endpoint then removes your API-sourced data (your Instagram connection, token and the post metrics collected via the Meta API) and returns a confirmation code for the request.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your Instagram connection and encrypted access token, and the analytics we collected via the Meta API for your account (post insights and audience demographics). For full removal of your account and any uploaded screenshots, email support@aurainfluencer.com.
