This Privacy Policy explains how J-A media(“Aura Influencer”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use the Aura Influencer platform. For any question or request, contact us at support@aurainfluencer.com.

Who we are

Aura Influencer is an influencer-marketing analytics platform operated by J-A media. We provide brands (our clients) and the creators who work with them with campaign analytics and reporting. The data controller is J-A media; contact support@aurainfluencer.com.

What data we collect

Instagram data via the Meta API (when you connect your Instagram account): your Instagram User ID, media/post IDs and permalinks, captions and post timestamps, and insights such as reach, views, likes, comments, saves, shares and engagement, plus aggregated audience demographics (age, gender and country distributions).
Account and profile data: your name, email address, role, and the brand/campaign assignments that connect you to a client.
Uploaded analytics screenshots: images you upload of your post insights, from which we read the metrics (OCR) as a second source alongside the API.

Why we use it

We use this data solely to produce campaign analytics and reporting for the brands (clients) you collaborate with: measuring post performance, audience composition and return on investment for the specific campaigns you take part in. Your data only appears in the campaigns and to the clients you are actually linked to; one client never sees another client’s campaign data.

How and where we store it

Data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Access is enforced per tenant and per user through database Row-Level Security (RLS).
Access tokens are encrypted at rest (server-side vault) and are never exposed to browsers or other clients.
Third parties: Meta (Instagram) for the analytics API, and Atleta for sales/conversion data. We share data with them only to the extent needed for the purposes described above, and we do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data for as long as your account/connection is active and as needed for the campaigns you participate in. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion page, or email support@aurainfluencer.com. You may also disconnect Instagram in the influencer portal at any time, which revokes our access; if you remove the app in Instagram, Meta’s deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks automatically remove your API-sourced data from Aura.
